Joint and Muscle pain

Unlike the joint pain of osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia pain is felt over the entire body. The pain can be a deep, sharp, dull, throbbing, or aching, and it is pain that's felt in the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around the joints. Electrotherapy and exercises helps in pain relief.

Cervicogenic Headache

This is a type of headache which originates from cervical spine, it may sometime become so severe that patient faint due to this. Mobilization and manipulation helps in reducing pain, and exercises helps in preventing further episodes.

Back Pain

Back pain has more than 300 causes- however most of them arises from muscle, joint, disc and ligaments either due to weakness, over exertion or overload. Physiotherapy in this condition helps in reducing pain, and strengthening helps in more active lifestyle. Even in spinal canal stenosis, physiotherapy works better then surgery.

Tennis and Golfer Elbow

This is basically over exertional injury or inflammation of muscular origin. Proper physiotherapy including effective exercise prescription helps better.

Joint Arthritis

Arthritis is very common, as we age wear and tear happens in body, which reduces loading capacity of joint resulting in Arthritis. There is no medicine which can arrest ageing, but effective exercises helps in overcoming this problem, it also delays in ageing process resulting in more active and pain lifestyle.

Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begins gradually, worsen over time and then resolve, usually within one to three years. But challenge is stiffness and pain while doing movement, effective physiotherapy helps in this condition.

Ligament Problem

Most commonly occurs in Knee, where the twisting force injures the ligament which care ACL, PCL, Meniscus and Lateral collateral Ligament. This can be treated at both the stages, with less severity the treatment helps in healing of torn ligament. If surgery in necessary then, post surgical rehabilitation is also strongly recommended in supervision of Physiotherapist.

Post-surgical / Traumatic Stiffness

Post to fractures or ligament injury the joint usually becomes stiff, and movement is painfull. Physiotherapist helps in reducing both pain and stiffness. Rehabilitation after Total Knee and Hip replacement, ligament repair, tendon repair/ transfer exercises helps in regaining mobility faster.
